I have made a bucket list of 99 things to do. The goal is to finish all of these items in 999 days. For every item on the list I complete at the end of 999 days, I will donate $1 to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.

#32 Find and make 30 new homemade recipes, while adding them to a recipe book (1/30)
So I was feeling kind of bored Friday morning, and I was really hungry, so I decided to find something to make! After looking through my Pinterest boards for half an hour trying to decide on something to make, I finally decided on Apple Cnnamon Quinoa Bites.
